About the Role

As a Prep Cook, you’ll be a vital part of our kitchen engineensuring every dish starts with top-tier, precision-prepared ingredients.

What You’ll Do:

• Prep with Precision: Master ingredient prepchop fresh vegetables, portion proteins, and execute recipes accurately.
• Bring Creative Input: Collaborate with our chefs on menu planning and share your creative ideas for new dishes.
• Keep It Spotless: Maintain an exceptionally clean, organized, and properly labeled station while adhering to strict safety and sanitation standards.
• Power the Line: Sync seamlessly with head chef and banquet staff to keep prep timelines on schedule and sustain high energy through high-volume event execution.
• Manage Inventory: Help track stock levels, monitor freshness, and report shortages proactively.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 3+ years in food prep, dietary prep, or high-volume kitchens (preferred).
• Technique: Solid knife skills and familiarity with fundamental cooking methods.
• Safety First: Working knowledge of food safety rules, sanitation, and temperature control.
• Mindset: High attention to detail, strong time-management skills, and the ability to keep cool in a fast-paced environment.
• Team Spirit: A positive, collaborative attitude and a passion for delicious food.

• Ability to work in-person in Bozeman, MT 59718 (Relocation required before starting work).
