- Do you enjoy switching gears quickly for changeovers and loading new programs?
What You’ll Tackle
- Execute changeovers and machine setups efficiently.
- Touch off tools, set and adjust offsets, and keep quality on target.
- Identify, inspect, and replace worn or damaged tooling.
- Load and verify CNC programs (G-code/M-code proficiency).
- Load/unload parts properly and safely.
- Measure using calipers, micrometers, pin/thread gauges, ring gauges, refractometer, and scales.
- Accurately log timeclock in/out and record job data.
- Sort conforming and nonconforming parts with care.
- Stand for extended periods and support additional tasks as assigned.
Your Background
- 2–3 years as a CNC operator (preferred).
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Comfort in a shop/production environment.
- Strong math, analytical, and communication skills; teamoriented attitude.

Additional Requirements
- Must be eligible to work on programs subject to ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations). Therefore, candidates must be a U.S. Citizen or a U.S. Permanent Resident ('Green Card')
