Entry-Level Sales Associate

Synergize Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to support nonprofit outreach campaigns through face-to-face conversations and community engagement. This is an opportunity to learn persuasive communication, relationship-building, and professional teamwork while representing important causes.

You don't need a sales background to get started. We value coachability, consistency, and a willingness to improve.

• Represent nonprofit partners at designated outreach events and locations.
• Start conversations and introduce people to nonprofit campaigns.
• Explain campaign goals and answer questions accurately.
• Develop effective communication and engagement techniques.
• Work with teammates to support campaign objectives.
• Attend training sessions and participate in performance coaching.

• Enjoys meeting and talking with new people.
• Communicates clearly and professionally.
• Is motivated by personal development and team goals.
• Can accept feedback and apply what they learn.
• Demonstrates reliability, professionalism, and a positive attitude.

Previous experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service is welcome but not necessary.

This position involves face-to-face outreach and public engagement. It is not a remote sales or telephone sales role.
