Responsibilities:

• Oversee inventory and cost accounting activities, including valuation, adjustments, and analysis of production-related costs and cost of goods sold.

• Work closely with operations and production teams to improve inventory accuracy, strengthen controls, and increase visibility into manufacturing costs.

• Supervise accounts payable, accounts receivable, collections, vendor disbursements, and cash flow tracking to support healthy working capital.

• Contribute to budgeting and forecasting efforts while maintaining effective accounting procedures, internal controls, and compliance with reporting and tax requirements.

• Coordinate with external accounting partners on year-end reviews, audit support, and required filings, while identifying opportunities to improve processes and reporting efficiency.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• 5–8 years of progressively responsible accounting experience, preferably in an environment with inventory or manufacturing complexity.
• Demonstrated success managing close processes and preparing accurate financial statements.
• Solid knowledge of general ledger activity, reconciliations, journal entries, and internal control practices.
• Experience with inventory accounting, cost accounting, and financial support for operational teams.
• Proficiency with accounting software, with Sage 200 experience preferred, and strong Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
