Experienced Concrete Production Worker

Location: Fort Pierce, FL
Pay: $20–$22/hour, based on experience
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Saturday availability required
Overtime: Available

Position Overview

We are hiring experienced production workers for a busy concrete manufacturing operation in Fort Pierce. This is a hands-on position involving concrete production, mold preparation, rebar installation, finishing, and other physical manufacturing tasks.

Candidates with experience in concrete, precast concrete, construction, manufacturing, industrial production, or skilled labor are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble concrete molds
• Install rebar, wire, metal components, and PVC inserts
• Assist with concrete pouring and finishing
• Remove finished concrete products from molds
• Operate hand tools and production equipment
• Clean and prepare molds for production
• Perform quality checks on finished products
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Work with the production team to meet daily goals
• Follow company safety procedures and production standards

Qualifications

• Previous experience in concrete, construction, manufacturing, or industrial production
• Ability to follow directions and work effectively as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Strong work ethic
• Ability to work safely in a physical production environment
• Previous concrete or precast experience is a plus

Physical Requirements

This is a physically demanding position. Candidates must be comfortable:

• Standing and walking throughout the workday
• Bending, lifting, and performing repetitive movements
• Lifting up to 50 pounds
• Working in an outdoor or covered manufacturing environment
• Working around concrete, tools, equipment, and production materials

Schedule

Production hours fall between 6:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

Typical shifts may include:

• 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
• 9:00 AM–5:30 PM

Monday–Saturday availability is required.

Overtime may be available based on production needs.
