EXPERIENCE:

BSinEngineeringbutwillconsiderrelevantexperiencewith5ormoreyearsofmanagerialexperiencefromsometypeofplasticsintheirbackgroundideallywithExtrusionandorcompounding.Mustpossessstrongleadershipandpeopleskillswhocanleadandmotivateandabletocreateapositiveandinclusiveenvironment.

Thisisa60personplasticscompoundingplant.Thiswillreporttotheplantmanagerandthisroleisastepupfromproductionmanagerwithafocusoncontinuousimprovementandsafety.ThisrolewillhaveLogistics,R&D,Safety,Quality,HSEandMaintenancereportingintothisrole.

EnsureSafetyandProductivity:Monitorandmaintainsiteservicesandancillaryequipmenttoupholdsafety,quality,andproductivitystandards.

SenioroperationalleaderwithfullresponsibilityandaccountabilityfortheestablishmentandmanagementofSafety,Health,Quality,Environment(SHQE),Production,Maintenance,Planning,andLogisticsfunctions.Ensurescompliancewithallcompanypolicies,regulatorystandards,anddrivesoperationalexcellencethroughcontinuousimprovement.

PositionisresponsibleforadheringtoallCompanysafety,health,andlosscontrolpoliciesandprocedures.Participatesinsafety,healthandlosscontroltrainingsothatataminimumageneralknowledgeofapplicableISRSelements,OSHA,andstaterequirementsismaintained.Responsibleforensuringalldirectreportsreceiverequiredsafety,healthandlosscontroltrainingandmonitorsemployee’sperformanceforcompliancealongwithtimeandattendanceforallshifts.

Accountableforproductquality,addressingcustomercomplaints,andimplementingcorrectiveactions.

Drivecontinuousimprovementandleanmanufacturinginitiativestoreducecostsandincreaseproductivity.

Managesitebudgetsandcapitalexpenditures;defineandimplementmetricsforcostandoperationalimprovements.
