Claims Entry / Medical Billing Specialist

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 hours per day

Position Overview

We are seeking experienced Claims Entry / Medical Billing Specialists for a short-term onsite assignment in Addison, TX.

The ideal candidates are highly accurate, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume medical billing environment. This role will focus primarily on claims entry and billing support, with an expected production level of approximately 100 claims per day.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and process medical claims accurately and efficiently
• Review claim information for completeness and accuracy
• Maintain a high level of productivity while meeting quality standards
• Identify and correct claim entry errors when necessary
• Follow established billing procedures and workflow requirements
• Maintain confidentiality of patient and healthcare information
• Meet daily productivity expectations in a high-volume environment

Qualifications

• Previous experience in medical claims entry, medical billing, or a related healthcare revenue cycle role
• Ability to process approximately 100 claims per day while maintaining strong accuracy
• Strong attention to detail and data-entry accuracy
• Ability to work efficiently in a deadline-driven environment
• Comfortable working onsite in Addison, TX
• Ability to work Monday through Friday for a full 8-hour shift
• Available to begin work as soon as possible

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous anesthesia billing or anesthesia claims experience
• Experience working with Imagine billing software
• Experience handling high-volume medical claims
• Familiarity with healthcare billing workflows, insurance claims, and reimbursement processes
