The Opportunity:

The Director of Enterprise Applications and Digital Transformation is responsible for the strategy, governance, optimization, and continuous improvement of MeriCal's enterprise application ecosystem.

This role will provide leadership for business-critical applications supporting manufacturing, supply chain, quality, finance, customer operations, and business intelligence. The Director will manage a team of Solution Architects while serving as a strategic partner to executive leadership and cross-functional business teams.

The ideal candidate combines strong people leadership, enterprise application expertise, and manufacturing business acumen with a demonstrated ability to lead ERP modernization efforts and technology transformation initiatives.

This leader will help shape MeriCal's future-state technology roadmap while identifying innovative solutions that complement and extend existing business systems.

What You’ll Do:

Enterprise Applications Leadership

• Develop and execute the enterprise applications strategy aligned with business objectives and growth initiatives.
• Lead application governance, lifecycle management, architecture standards, and technology roadmaps.
• Ensure enterprise applications are reliable, scalable, secure, and aligned with evolving business needs.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders across Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, Customer Service, and Commercial functions.

Digital Transformation & ERP Modernization

• Lead application modernization and technology transformation initiative.
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, system integration, and improved user experiences.
• Support ERP enhancement, migration, implementation, and modernization initiatives.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and adjacent solutions that complement existing enterprise platforms and create measurable business value.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational efficiency, data visibility, and business scalability.

Manufacturing & Supply Chain Systems

• Provide strategic oversight of technologies supporting:
