The Chester County Real Estate Team is looking for a personable, resourceful Receptionist to help create a welcoming office experience and keep daily operations on track. Compensation & Benefits
$45,000-$50,000 annual salary

$45,000 - $50,000 base salary
Welcome guests and serve as the first point of contact for the office.
Support approximately 50 agents with daily administrative needs and requests.
Keep office operations organized, including supplies, facilities, and communications.
Coordinate meetings, training sessions, events, and technology setup.
Maintain accurate listing and sales data and assist with agent onboarding.
Create Canva graphics and social media content to support marketing efforts.
Warm, professional, and comfortable supporting a diverse group of agents.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities.
A natural problem-solver who takes initiative and follows through.
Comfortable with Google Workspace and learning new technology.
Familiar with Canva and social media, and different CRM systems.
Administrative or customer service experience in real estate preferred
