Join Nexus Employment as a Warehouse Production & Packaging Associate supporting multiple facilities across Northwest Indiana. You’ll be part of a reliable, safety-first team that keeps products movingwhile earning weekly pay and building skills that open doors for advancement.
A day in this role
You arrive, gear up, and rotate through stations to keep the line running smoothly. You’ll:
- Package a variety of products on a production line
- Inspect items to ensure quality standards are met
- Apply labels to products and cartons
- Lift and move light boxes prior to shipping
- Hit daily production targets with your team
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and good manufacturing practices (GMP)
- Pitch in on warehouse and production projects as needed
- Keep your area clean and safe throughout the shift
What you can count on
- Weekly pay
- Openings on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift
- Pay rate: $13.00 – $16.50
- No experience requiredtraining provided
