RBT Position
Alight Behavioral Therapy
At Alight Behavioral Therapy, we provide personalized, in-home ABA therapy and autism evaluations, all designed to help children on the autism spectrum reach their full potential.

$250 bonus after 60 days and 300 billable hours

Responsibilities:
Deliver 1:1 therapy sessions using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
Teach play skills, social skills, and self-help skills to children with autism
Document session outcomes and maintain accurate records
Provide behavior support within group settings
Collaborate with our experienced staff to develop and implement treatment plans
Requirements:
Completed 40-hour RBT training course
Previous ABA experience preferred
Excellent references
RBT certification preferred, but we are willing to assist you in attaining RBT status
