We’re seeking a strategic, creative, and tech-savvy leader to develop the training programs, operational processes, and systems that support a growing multi-location restaurant organization.
This is not a traditional restaurant management position. You’ll work behind the scenes, partnering with leadership to create scalable systems that drive consistency, efficiency, and growth.
What You’ll Do:
- Build and enhance training programs for restaurant teams and management.
- Develop SOPs, operational playbooks, and standardized processes.
- Manage learning management systems (LMS) and digital training platforms.
- Coordinate training and operational readiness for new store openings.
- Lead cross-functional projects and operational initiatives.
- Leverage AI, technology, and creative tools to improve training effectiveness.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of multi-unit restaurant, QSR, bakery, or retail experience.
- 2+ years in corporate training, operations support, or a similar role.
- Proven success developing training materials and SOPs across multiple locations.
- Experience with LMS platforms and digital content development.
- Excellent project management, organization, and communication skills.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented leader who enjoys building and improving systems.
