Entry Level Machine Operator

We are seeking reliable, safetyfocused Production Workers to join our manufacturing team in Casper, Wyoming. This position plays a key role in producing highquality conduit products used in critical infrastructure across the country. Location: Casper, Wyoming

Pay: $20.25/hr

Shifts: 12hour shifts on a 223 rotating schedule

• 7 PM 7 AM

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate downstream equipment including cutters, pullers, coilers, and packaging machinery
• Monitor product quality and ensure all materials meet Dura-Line specifications
• Perform routine inspections and basic troubleshooting of equipment
• Maintain accurate production and quality records
• Assist with line changeovers and setup
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
• Communicate effectively with machine operators, supervisors, and team members

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Evansville, WY.

The pay range for this position is $42120.00 - $42120.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
