Job description:
General Labor Services is HIRING a Warehouse Associate for our client in the New Castle, DE Area:
- Operate production and processing equipment used in the manufacturing of products.
- Accurately follow work instructions, batch tickets, and production schedules.
- Handle raw materials, finished goods, and packaging components safely and efficiently.
- Monitor product quality and report defects or process issues to supervisors.
- Maintain clean and organized work areas in accordance with 6S and safety standards.
- Perform basic material handling, staging, and labeling of products.
- Comply with all OSHA, safety, and company policies, including proper use of PPE.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Prior manufacturing or industrial production experience preferred
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Comfortable working in a fastpaced, regulated manufacturing environment
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Scheduled:
1st shift: Monday- Thursday 6:00 am- 4:30 pm-$18.50/hr.
2nd shift: Monday-Thursday 3:30 pm-2:00 am $18.50/hr.
