General Laborer

The General Laborer supports residential restoration and mitigation projects under the direction of the Mitigation Manager. This role performs light demolition, water cleanup, flood response, water mitigation, and mold cleaning while using hand tools and working in physically demanding indoor and outdoor environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform light demolition at residential worksites.
• Assist with water cleanup and flood response.
• Support water mitigation activities under the Mitigation Manager’s direction.
• Perform mold cleaning in accordance with workplace safety practices.
• Operate hand tools safely and effectively.
• Lift materials frequently and remain standing for extended periods.
• Climb, bend, and perform outdoor work as required.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in general labor.
• Hand tool operation experience.
• Knowledge of workplace safety practices.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and work habits.
• Experience with demolition.
