1. Job Description: Telehandler / Lull Operator (Full-Time)

Position Overview:

• We are seeking a skilled and certified Full-Time Telehandler / Lull Operator to safely and efficiently move materials around our construction site in Portland, ME.
• You will be responsible for operating a variable-reach forklift to unload deliveries, transport heavy materials, and stage supplies for various trades.

Key Responsibilities:

• Equipment Operation: Safely operate telehandlers/lull forklifts (up to 10k–12k lbs capacity) in various weather conditions and tight spaces.
• Material Handling: Unload inbound freight, transport materials across the job site, and elevate loads to designated scaffolding or upper floor levels.
• Safety & Inspections: Perform daily pre-operation equipment inspections, report mechanical issues, and strictly follow OSHA and site safety guidelines.
• Site Support: Assist the ground crew with rigging and organizing inventory when not actively operating the machine.

Qualifications:

• Valid OSHA forklift certification or specific Telehandler/Lull operator license.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience operating a telehandler on active commercial construction sites.
• Strong spatial awareness and a clean safety record
