Johnson Service Group is seeking an IT Apps Designer for a 2-year contract position in the Savannah, GA area.

This position requires candidates to undergo an extensive background check as well as a drug screen. Candidates must not have any felony charges or convictions.

Selected candidates MUST be a United States Citizen and MUST provide a DOB (MM/DD), last 4 digits of their SSN, and complete a Right to Represent form in order to be considered.

Job Title: IT Apps Designer / Salesforce Developer

Pay Rate: $67.46/hr

Location: Savannah, GA ( 31408)

Contract Duration: 48-months

Target Start Date: 11/2/2026

Interview Process: Two rounds, first round will be panel with the HM and 2-3 others on the team, second will likely be in person.

Working Hours: Core hours are 8am-4pm EST, 100% onsite. Flexible as long as they work the core hours

Experience: Eight (8) years of experience as an IT professional with broad experience across multiple IT disciplines

Must-Have Skills (Non-Negotiable):

  • Salesforce development experience, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and APIs.
  • Salesforce Revenue Cloud and/or Salesforce CPQ implementations.
  • Strong Apex and LWC development skills
  • Quote-to-Cash business process knowledge
  • Complex pricing, product configuration, guided selling, approval processes and quote templates experience
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP, billing, finance, or other enterprise applications.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce DevOps practices, including source control, CI/CD, testing, and deployment automation.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable Salesforce solutions.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills with Sales, Finance, Operations, and IT stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

  • AI use
  • Mulesoft integration experience
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I or II Certification
  • Salesforce CPQ Specialist Certification
  • Experience with Salesforce Billing, Revenue Cloud Advanced, or subscription-based business models
  • Experience working in Agile development environments

Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication
  • Strong sense of urgency

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or relevant curriculum required or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
  • Masters degree may be used to offset one year of experience; PhD may offset two years of experience

Preferred Industry Background: n/a – open to multiple backgrounds as long as they have Salesforce Experience
