Alenco is a family-owned and operated company with a history dating back to 1986. Over the years, we've built our business around quality products and professional installation. Our established branches have developed successful window sales and installation operations, and we're now preparing to grow our replacement window business in the Atlanta area.

We're looking for experienced window installers who want to be part of that growth from the beginning.

This is an opportunity to get involved early as we develop our Atlanta-area installation operation. As sales grow, our goal is to grow our installation workload and team alongside them. While we're in the early stages of building this market, we're looking for dependable professionals who see the potential in joining an established company as it expands.

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Installing residential replacement windows according to manufacturer specifications and company standards.
• Removing existing windows and properly preparing openings for new installations.
• Ensuring windows are properly fitted, insulated, sealed, and finished to help prevent air and water infiltration.
• Protecting customers' homes and maintaining clean, organized jobsites.
• Identifying installation challenges and communicating issues before they become larger problems.
• Delivering professional workmanship and respectful customer service.
• Following applicable safety requirements, building codes, and installation procedures.

What We're Looking For

• Previous hands-on experience installing residential replacement windows.
• Experience using a metal break and other associated tools
• Knowledge of window removal, installation, insulation, sealing, and finishing.
• A strong work ethic and pride in producing quality results.
• Reliability, professionalism, and the ability to work independently or with an installation crew.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to residential job sites throughout the Atlanta metro area.
• A willingness to be part of a growing operation and work with us as the local business develops.
• Experience with vinyl replacement windows, aluminum trim wrapping or capping, and exterior waterproofing as well as having your own metal brake is a plus.

An Important Note About This Opportunity

Our Atlanta-area replacement window operation is in its early stages, and installation volume is expected to develop as sales grow. We want to be upfront that the amount of available work may be more limited initially, but is expected to increase over a brief period of time.

We're building on the experience and success of our established branches, but we cannot guarantee a specific workload or income level at this stage. We're looking to connect with qualified installers who are interested in the opportunity to grow alongside the business.
