We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Support specialist to join a travel-focused organization in Tampa, Florida. This contract-to-permanent opportunity is ideal for someone with strong ticketing experience who is comfortable assisting with group travel agreements and supporting customers after the sale. The role blends client service, sales coordination, and order processing in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and responsiveness are essential.
Responsibilities:
• Provide day-to-day support for travel-related sales activity, ensuring client requests are handled accurately and promptly.
• Assist with ticketing tasks and help coordinate group contract details for customers with specialized travel needs.
• Manage incoming inquiries, respond to customer questions, and guide clients through post-purchase support needs.
• Conduct outbound outreach as needed to follow up on bookings, confirm details, and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Enter and update orders in internal systems, verifying information for completeness and accuracy before processing.
• Work closely with sales and service teams to keep account information current and resolve issues in a timely manner.• Prior experience in ticketing or travel-related sales support is required.
• Ability to work with group contracts and manage related documentation with careful attention to detail.
• Background in post-sales support, inside sales, inbound sales, or outbound sales.
• Experience with order entry and maintaining accurate records in business systems.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to assist customers professionally and efficiently.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment while balancing multiple priorities.
