Brighter Gems ABA is hiring part-time Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in Baltimore, MD. If you enjoy working with children and want a meaningful career in ABA therapy, this is a great place to start. We provide full paid RBT training and ongoing support, so no prior certification or ABA experience is required.
Pay and Benefits
- $23.00 to $29.00 per hour, based on experience

About Brighter Gems ABA
Brighter Gems ABA provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and related developmental needs. Our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and RBTs work together to deliver individualized, evidence-based care that helps every child reach their fullest potential.
What You'll Do
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children in clinic, in-home, and community settings
- Follow treatment plans designed by your supervising BCBA
- Help children build communication, social, and daily living skills
- Record session data accurately
- Work closely with parents, caregivers, and team members
- Take part in supervision and professional development
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Reliable transportation
- RBT certification is not required to apply. Experience with children is a plus.
Schedule
- Afternoon and evening hours
- Sunday to Friday, with flexible days
- Part-time, 10 to 20 hours per week
