Production Line Assembler & Packaging Technician

Nexus Employment Solutions Plus, Inc. is adding full-time talent to support a busy manufacturing partner in Coal City, IL. As a Production Line Assembler & Packaging Technician, you’ll help turn finished goods into ready-to-ship orders that reach customers on time.

• Location: Coal City, IL
• Compensation: $15.00–$18.00 per hour
• Pay Frequency: Weekly
• Schedule Options: 1st shift, 2nd shift, or Weekend shift (Friday–Sunday)
• Employment Type: Full-Time

You arrive ready to movestanding for much of the day as you rotate between assembling items, building product displays, and packing orders. You’ll inspect products for defects, pull anything that doesn’t meet standard, stage completed cartons on pallets, and wrap them tight for shipment. Between runs, you’ll jump in on general warehouse tasks and help keep the work area spotless and safe.

• Assemble and package products on a fast-moving production line
• Build customer orders and product displays accurately
• Visually inspect items; remove defective products from the line
• Palletize finished goods and securely wrap for shipment
• Support general labor and warehouse duties as needed
• Uphold a clean, organized, and safety-first workspace

• Comfort standing for up to 10 hours per day
• Willingness to learnno prior experience required
• Reliable, safety-minded, and detail-focused work style
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
