Duties
- Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery safely and efficiently on the assembly line
- Use hand tools and power tools to assemble components according to specifications
- Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials using forklifts and warehouse equipment
- Conduct quality checks throughout the production process to ensure product standards are met
- Maintain a clean, organized work area to promote safety and productivity
- Follow safety protocols and report any hazards or incidents immediately
- Support team members in troubleshooting mechanical issues and performing routine maintenance
Requirements
- Prior factory or manufacturing facility experience preferred but not required; training provided for motivated candidates
- Mechanical knowledge or aptitude for working with tools and machinery
- Experience operating forklifts or willingness to obtain certification upon hire
- Familiarity with assembly line processes and manufacturing workflows
- Ability to lift heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Warehouse experience is a plus but not mandatory
- Strong attention to detail, safety-conscious mindset, and team-oriented attitude
