Accounts Receivable Clerk

Robert Half has partnered with an established renovation company to locate an Accounts Receivable Specialist in Portland, Maine for a full-time position with benefits.

This is an on-site role, must live in Maine.

The ideal AR / Accounts Receivable candidate will have the following skills and experience:

• Some college accounting coursework
• Entry level with degree, or 2+ years AR or AP experience.
• Monthly billing
• Positing invoices and cash receipts
• Collections
• Excel skills
• AIA billing exposure a plus, not required (willing to train)
• Sage software a plus, not required.
