The Greer Group is seeking dependable and motivated Manufacturing Production Associates to join our client’s Dauch formally GKN Driveline in Mebane, NC! These positions support daily production operations and may include assembly, machine operation, material handling, quality checks, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Successful candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, following established procedures, meeting production goals, and working as part of a team. Previous manufacturing experience is helpful but may not be required for all positions.

Available Positions & Schedules

2nd Shift Machine Operator

• Monday–Friday

• 2:45 PM–11:15 PM

• Must be able to train on 1st shift.

3rd Shift Machine Operator

• Sunday–Thursday

• 10:45 PM–7:15 AM

• Must be able to train on 1st shift.

2nd Shift Assembler

• Monday-Friday

• 2:45-11:15pm

3rd Shift Assembler

• Sunday–Thursday

• 10:45 PM–7:15 AM

Job Description

• Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery safely and efficiently.

• Assemble products and components according to established procedures and specifications.

• Load, unload, move, and organize materials throughout the production area.

• Inspect products and materials for quality and identify defects or inconsistencies.

• Follow production schedules, work instructions, and safety procedures.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

• Monitor equipment and report mechanical or production issues to appropriate personnel.

• Accurately complete production, quality, and other required documentation.

• Meet established production, quality, and attendance expectations.

• Work effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments.

• Perform additional production-related duties as assigned.
