Production Operator

We are seeking dedicated Production Operators to join our team in Biddeford. In this position, you will operate high-heat production equipment to manufacture various products. This role requires the ability to work at heights of 10-15 feet and to be fitted for a respirator. Candidates must be capable of consistently lifting over 50 lbs. The work environment is challenging, with exposure to products that may leave residue on your hands and clothes.

• Operate high-heat production equipment safely and efficiently.
• Work at heights and wear a respirator as required.
• Lift and handle materials weighing over 50 lbs consistently.
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace, adhering to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure production targets are met.

• Strong math skills.
• Experience in production, general labor, construction, machine operation, or general production.
• Comfortable working at heights and wearing a respirator.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts on a 4 on/4 off schedule.
• Attention to detail and reliability.

• At least 6 months of experience in a hands-on labor setting.
• Experience in manufacturing or a related field is advantageous.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Biddeford, ME.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
