Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Graphic Designer with a strong background in direct mail design, Adobe InDesign (INDD), XMPie, and print production. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of managing projects independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and layout direct mail pieces using Adobe InDesign.
- Create and manage Variable Data Printing (VDP) campaigns using XMPie.
- Collaborate with data teams to integrate personalized content accurately.
- Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with production teams.
- Troubleshoot file and printing issues while meeting tight deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in Adobe InDesign (INDD) and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Hands-on experience with XMPie and Variable Data Printing (VDP).
- Experience in direct mail design, print production, and print file preparation.
- Knowledge of prepress, color management, and postal regulations is a plus.
- Familiarity with Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat preferred.
