Job Title: Coffee / Machine Service Technician
Work Location: Beltsville, MD
Work Schedule: FT 7:30am - 4:30pm
Position Summary
The Coffee Machine/ Service Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, refurbishing, and quality-checking coffee machine household appliances.
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain coffee machine household appliances.
Perform quality inspections to ensure repaired products meet company standards.
Document repairs, parts usage, quality findings, and inventory transactions.
Support inventory management, including shipping, receiving, stock organization, and parts control.
Clean, test, and package repaired products before shipment.
Qualifications
Education
High School Diploma.
Technical certification in Electronics, Mechanics, Appliance Repair, or a related field is a plus.
Technical Skills
Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting mindset.
Ability to use basic hand tools and diagnostic equipment.
Basic Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).
