GROM Audio is looking for a hands-on, creative car audio enthusiast to help develop, test, and improve our automotive audio products.

We're looking for someone who understands audio fundamentals, enjoys solving technical challenges, and wants to turn ideas into real products.

What You'll Do

• Help develop, prototype, test, and improve innovative car audio products.
• Work with amplifiers, speakers, subwoofers, DSPs, wiring, and automotive electronics.
• Measure and optimize audio performance, including frequency response, crossovers, equalization, and time alignment.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and develop practical solutions.
• Explore ways to integrate aftermarket audio equipment with factory vehicle systems.
• Assist with product installations and testing in customer vehicles.
• Provide technical support to customers via email, chat, and phone.
• Collaborate with our engineering team to bring new products to market.

What We're Looking For

• Genuine passion for car audio and sound quality.
• Basic understanding of audio electronics, amplification, speakers, and DSP.
• Hands-on experience with car audio equipment, whether professional or self-taught.
• Curiosity, creativity, and strong troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly and work well with others.

Bonus skills: Car audio installation, DSP tuning, automotive wiring, soldering, electronics troubleshooting, or experience with audio measurement equipment.
