Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Prepare financial statements, account reconciliations, and financial analyses in accordance with GAAP.
Support month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting activities.
Oversee accounting related to payroll, employee benefits, and retirement programs.
Assist with compliance reporting, audits, and cash management activities.
Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes and strengthen internal controls.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
3-5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including financial reporting and month-end close.
Experience with multi-entity accounting.
Strong understanding of GAAP and a strong advanced skill set within Excel and ERP systems.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
Preferred Qualifications
CPA designation or MBA.
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, or regulatory reporting.
Background in process improvement or accounting automation.
