Are you energetic, dependable, and passionate about working with children? Dallas Swim Kids is looking for enthusiastic Part-Time Swim Instructors to join our team!
Our instructors help children ages 6 months to 13 years develop life-saving water safety skills, build confidence, and achieve their goals in a fun and supportive environment.
What You'll Do
- Teach engaging swim lessons using the Dallas Swim Kids curriculum
- Create a safe, positive, and encouraging learning environment
- Provide exceptional customer service to families
- Celebrate student progress and build swimmer confidence
- Maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, and professionalism
- Work collaboratively with a supportive team

Qualifications
Swimming Skills
- Ability to swim at least 25 meters using:
- Freestyle
- Backstroke
- Breaststroke
- Butterfly
- Strong water safety awareness
Experience & Requirements
- Experience working with children preferred
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- WSI certification is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, patient, and encouraging attitude
- Reliable and team-oriented
- Ability to pass a background check
