Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Manage the service needs of a portion of an existing book of business by providing prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
- Pivot from service transactions to additional needs with existing customers
- Marketing to new prospects
- Use a needs-based review process to educate clients about insurance options
- Asking for Google Reviews, and Referrals from existing Customers
- Meet with customers to assess needs and sell products to address coverage gaps
- Pivot and calling to set appts. with new and existing customers
- Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales
- Developing ongoing networking relationships
- Work with Agent and Team to hit Individual and Team Sales Goals
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success every day
Requirements:
- Current Indiana Property and Casualty and/or Life Health License Strongly Preferred
- Insurance or related experience
- Sales Skills and experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening

- Organizational skills
- Self-motivated
- Experience/Ability/Desire to market for sales opportunities
