Compensation & Schedule
- Weekly pay
- Day shift: $20.79/hr
- Night shift: $21.79/hr
- Monday–Friday with strong overtime potential
- Example: At $21.79/hr and 52 hours, earn weekly gross paychecks of $1,265
What You’ll Build
In this role, you’ll assemble and test mechanical subassemblies and electrical control panels per engineering direction and bill of materials, ensuring every component meets spec before it ships.
- Assemble mechanical components or full electrical cabinets/panels from BOMs and drawings
- Perform functional checks on mechanical builds, or install and wire components such as relays, breakers, and terminal blocks
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams
- Operate, calibrate, and care for assembly and test equipment
- Prepare finished assemblies for shipment and keep your area organized
What You Bring
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of mechanical or electrical assembly experience preferred (not required)we welcome quick learners who are good with their hands
- Ability to follow instructions and accurately interpret technical drawings
- Comfort with hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices
- Safety mindsetsteel toe/safety boots and safety glasses required on site
