Job Summary (List Format):
- Position: Customer Service Representative
- Division: AZDOA - Benefits Services Division (BSD)
- Location: Onsite at 100 N 15th Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85007
- Contract Duration: Until 11/06/2026
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM (40 hours/week)
- Pay Rate: $18/hr on W2 (all inclusive)
- Job Duties:
- Answer incoming calls from state employees and retirees
- Provide information and assistance regarding Open Enrollment 2027
- Deliver excellent customer service for benefits-related inquiries
- Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of call center experience
- Open enrollment or benefits experience (preferred)
- Must be local to Phoenix, AZ and available for onsite/in-person interviews
- Ability to start within 2 weeks of offer
- Must pass background check and drug screening via HireRight
