About the Opportunity
As a Customer Account Representative, you'll work directly with customers in person, helping them understand available products and services, answering questions, and creating positive customer experiences.
You'll be responsible for:
- Building relationships with customers through face-to-face interactions
- Providing information about available products, services, and account options
- Assisting customers with selecting services that fit their needs
- Maintaining a professional and positive customer experience
- Working toward individual and team performance goals
