Square Cow Movers - Experienced Movers with Driving Experience

$25–$32/hour + tips | Raleigh, NC

Square Cow Movers Raleigh is looking for an experienced moving professional who can independently lead a 2–4 person crew and manage a residential move from arrival through final customer walkthrough.

We're looking for someone who already knows how to:

• Lead and maintain the pace of a moving crew
• Protect floors, doors, walls and customer property
• Properly pad and wrap furniture
• Safely move difficult and high-value items
• Efficiently load and secure a 26-foot moving truck
• Direct movers and assign responsibilities
• Communicate professionally with customers
• Perform walkthroughs and identify special items or concerns
• Maintain accountability for equipment and customer property
• Complete jobs efficiently without sacrificing quality

This position requires hands-on residential moving experience. General warehouse, delivery, CDL, junk-removal or box-truck experience alone does not meet the experience requirement.

Requirements:

• Professional residential moving experience required
• Prior crew-lead/foreman experience strongly preferred
• Must be 21+
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Experience driving a 26-foot box truck
• Ability to repeatedly lift and carry 75+ lbs
• Dependable transportation
• Professional appearance and communication
• Comfortable leading and holding a crew accountable

Compensation:

$25–$32/hour based on residential moving and demontrated leadership experience, plus customer tips.

Salary with benefits management positions will be available in 2027.
