We are currently searching for a Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader to join our team. In this role, you will be a vital member of our high-performing organization, and you will work collaboratively to perform assigned tasks on multiple projects and utilize your landscape maintenance knowledge to beautify and maintain our clients’ high-end residential landscape projects.
As a Crew Leader, you will be responsible for hands on management of crews who are responsible for performing day-to-day regular landscape maintenance services for our prestigious clients. Typical projects include installation or removal of plant material, mulching, turf mowing and upkeep, small irrigation repairs, identification of diseased plants, insect damage, general maintenance issues, and usage of landscape tools and equipment for care of plants and trees.
We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information.
