About the Position
As a Service Advisor / Counter Sales professional, you’ll play a key role in creating an outstanding customer experience. You’ll work directly with customers and our service team to understand vehicle concerns, communicate repair needs, recommend appropriate services, and help keep daily operations running smoothly.
The ideal candidate will bring:
- Outstanding communication skills the ability to listen carefully and communicate clearly, professionally, and respectfully with customers and coworkers.
- Strong problem-solving skills the confidence to make sound decisions, take initiative, and handle challenges independently.
- Sales and relationship-building ability a customer-first approach, good people skills, and the ability to recommend services that meet customers’ needs.
- Computer proficiency comfort using technology and the ability to learn our software and systems.
- A willingness to learn an interest in ongoing training and professional development in an evolving automotive industry.
- A positive, dependable attitude someone who takes ownership, works well with a team, and wants to continually improve.
Automotive industry experience is valuable, but we’re especially interested in finding the right person with the skills, attitude, and desire to succeed.
