Warehouse Systems Support Assistant

Based in Fontana, CA, you’ll be the go-to support for keeping our warehouse technology and inventory data humming. Think of this as a day-in-the-life role where you blend hands-on problem solving with accurate data maintenance to keep operations flowing.

You start your morning checking inventory dashboards, validating counts, and entering updates so the entire team has accurate numbers. Mid-morning, a teammate needs help with a handheld scanneryour quick troubleshooting gets them back on track. After lunch, you help test a new software feature rollout and document simple steps so everyone can use it. You close out the day by compiling a clean report on inventory trends and system performance, then lend a hand with administrative tasks that keep the floor running smoothly.

• Maintain accurate inventory records through diligent data entry and tracking.
• Assist with rolling out new warehouse software and technology tools.
• Produce clear, timely reports on inventory status and IT system performance.
• Support warehouse staff with basic IT needs and equipment use.
• Pitch in on administrative tasks to support daily operations.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Foundational knowledge of IT systems and warehouse workflows.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data entry applications.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational habits.
• Comfort working independently and collaborating with a team.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or IT support setting is preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish
