Assist with daily production, packaging, and material-handling activities.
Support production line operations to maintain efficiency and productivity.
Inspect products and materials to ensure quality standards are met.
Load, unload, organize, and move materials as needed.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
Follow production instructions, safety guidelines, and company procedures.
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members in both English and Spanish.
Report equipment issues, damaged products, or safety concerns to management.
Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals.
Perform additional general labor and production duties as assigned.
Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
Previous experience in production, manufacturing, warehouse, or general labor environments preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
Strong attention to safety, quality, and detail.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
