Customer Service Representative – Order Support
Automation Personnel Services is seeking a dependable Customer Service Representative for an opportunity in Apopka, FL. This position requires strong phone communication, basic computer skills, and excellent attendance and reliability.

$18per hour
Schedule and Hours
Monday – Friday 8:00am – 4:00pm (Saturdays as needed)
Customer Service Representative – Order SupportJob Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer phone calls in a professional manner.
- Assist customers with order status, returns, and product questions.
- Provide support with online and catalog orders.
- Look up customer accounts and order information.
- Enter and update information accurately using a computer.
- Follow instructions and company procedures.
- Maintain professional and courteous communication with customers.
Customer Service Representative – Order Support Job Responsibilities
- Must be dependable and have excellent attendance.
- Must be able to maintain consistent attendance during the October through February busy season.
- Basic computer and data entry skills.
- Ability to speak clearly and professionally over the phone.
- Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Must be able to work onsite in Apopka, FL.
