Job Title: Delivery and Warehouse Worker
Location: Springfield, MO
Pay: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

The Role:
We are hiring a full-time Delivery and Warehouse Worker for our Springfield location. You will safely drive a company 26-foot box van to deliver products locally and assist in our warehouse operations. This position guarantees you are home every night, with zero weekend shifts. Military-experienced candidates, older job seekers, and applicants without a high school diploma are strongly encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Safely drive a company vehicle to deliver products to customers and branch locations.
- Load and unload deliveries accurately and on schedule.
- Receive incoming shipments, checking quantities and condition, and put product away.
- Pick, stock and fill orders, and keep the warehouse clean and organized.
- Operate a forklift, pallet jack and wire-cutting machine (training provided).
- Assist at the counter, answering telephones professionally, and providing excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- Must be 21+ years of age.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record, and the ability to obtain a Class E endorsement.
- Able to regularly lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to safely tolerate heat in the summer and cold in the winter.
- Previous experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role is preferred.
