We're looking for motivated individuals who want to learn real estate sales through hands-on training, mentorship, and practical experience. No previous real estate or sales experience is necessary.

You'll learn how to find buyers and sellers, show properties, prepare offers, understand contracts, and guide clients through the closing process.

Our team provides step-by-step training, one-on-one mentorship from top-producing agents, and a structured plan to help you develop your skills. Transaction and administrative support are also available.

You'll have the flexibility to manage your schedule, with both part-time and full-time opportunities available. A high commission split allows you to keep more of what you earn.

We're looking for dependable, coachable individuals who enjoy working with people and are willing to put in the effort to build a successful career.

Applicants must have a real estate license or be actively working toward obtaining one.

First-year earning potential when goals are met: $140,000+

Compensation:

Responsibilities:
  • Assist experienced agents in conducting property showings, ensuring a seamless experience for potential buyers.
  • Collaborate with mentors to develop personalized strategies for client acquisition and retention.
  • Engage in hands-on training sessions to master the art of preparing offers and understanding contracts.
  • Participate in team meetings to share insights and learn from seasoned professionals.
  • Support the transaction process by coordinating with administrative staff to ensure timely completion of paperwork.
  • Utilize company resources to research market trends and provide clients with informed advice.
  • Maintain open communication with clients, guiding them through each step of the buying or selling process with confidence and clarity.

Qualifications:
  • Active real estate license or nearing completion of the licensing process.
  • Experience in customer service or sales, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to engage with clients to understand and meet their real estate needs.
  • Proven track record of working collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new strategies for prospecting and closing deals.
  • Ability to manage tasks efficiently using our proven daily system.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively present property listings and interact with clients and colleagues alike.
