We're looking for motivated individuals who want to learn real estate sales through hands-on training, mentorship, and practical experience. No previous real estate or sales experience is necessary.

You'll learn how to find buyers and sellers, show properties, prepare offers, understand contracts, and guide clients through the closing process.

Our team provides step-by-step training, one-on-one mentorship from top-producing agents, and a structured plan to help you develop your skills. Transaction and administrative support are also available.

You'll have the flexibility to manage your schedule, with both part-time and full-time opportunities available. A high commission split allows you to keep more of what you earn.

We're looking for dependable, coachable individuals who enjoy working with people and are willing to put in the effort to build a successful career.

Applicants must have a real estate license or be actively working toward obtaining one.

First-year earning potential when goals are met: $140,000+

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in identifying potential buyers and sellers through various lead generation techniques.
  • Accompany experienced agents on property showings to learn effective presentation skills.
  • Support the preparation of offers and contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Participate in client meetings to understand their needs and provide tailored real estate solutions.
  • Engage in continuous learning through mentorship and structured training programs.
  • Collaborate with the administrative team to ensure smooth transaction processes.
  • Manage your schedule to balance training, client meetings, and personal development effectively.

Qualifications:
  • Experience in customer service or sales, showcasing your ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to engage with clients and team members.
  • Proven track record of setting and achieving personal or professional goals, demonstrating your drive and ambition.
  • Familiarity with modern marketing techniques, including social media platforms, to promote listings and attract clients.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and tools that enhance client management and transaction efficiency.
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment.
  • Comfortable with technology and able to quickly learn new software applications relevant to real estate transactions and marketing.
