Pay Rate
$18.63per hour
Schedule and Hours
5 00 am to 5 00 pm.
Weekends likely
1stShift Material HandlerDuties and Responsibilities
•Operating a forklift to move materials to the desired location
•Support production by maintaining the required material on line per the scheduled
•Load and unload materials as needed
•Operate material handling safely and make daily maintenance checks
•Break down boxes and bundle for shipment
•Stage materials for production
•Closely always follow safety regulations and guidelines, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment and securing loads properly.
•All other duties as assigned
1stShift Material HandlerQualificationsandRequirements
•2+ years in assembly/manufacturing setting
•Previously certified operating a forklift
•Shipping and receiving knowledge
• Ability to understand and follow safety protocols and operating instructions to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Physical strength and stamina to lift and move50-poundloads safely and efficiently.
•Automotive experience preferred
