RN Registered Nurse

Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Care Agency (PartTime/Contract) Chappell Companion Care is seeking a licensed Registered Nurse to serve as our RN Supervisor for a growing nonmedical home care agency in Columbia, SC. This role is essential for completing our Medicaid Provider Enrollment.

Responsibilities:

• Complete initial assessments and supervisory visits
• Review care plans and ensure compliance with SC regulations
• Provide clinical oversight and support to caregivers
• Assist with Medicaid-required documentation

Requirements:

• Active South Carolina RN license
• Experience in home care or community-based care preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Schedule: Flexible, parttime, contract. Compensation: Competitive; based on experience.
