IT Systems Solutions Architect–Senior / Contract Manager
Location: Aberdeen Test Center · Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland
Our client is staffing a U.S. Army cybersecurity engineering and Risk Management Framework contract at Aberdeen Test Center. The contractor keeps four systems authorized: ATC LAN, ATC LIN, ATC STE, and ATC T&EN. Work includes full RMF lifecycle support, security-control assessment, eMASS package sustainment, DISA STIG and vulnerability management, POA&M tracking, and continuous monitoring. Place of performance is on-site at Aberdeen Test Center, Monday–Friday, 0800–1630. This is not a remote role. Core clearance is active DoD Secret, with SIPR access. Hire is contingent on contract award. Start is after award, expected late 2026 or early 2027.
Owns the RMF program for the four ATC systems and is the day-to-day lead with the COR.
Full DoD RMF lifecycle and continuous monitoring
eMASS packages, controls, artifacts, and POA&Ms package owner, not only an artifact loader
Security control assessment support
DISA STIGs, ACAS, and vulnerability management
NIST SP 800-53 / 800-37, FISMA, DoDI 8510.01
Clear writing and briefs to government stakeholders
Required: Active CISSP. Minimum five years managing RMF lifecycle reporting, including progressive requirements for network expansion and cloud or enclave work. DoD 8570/8140 IAM Level III. Active Secret. Prior server or network administration is highly desirable. Army eMASS and ATO work at Aberdeen Proving Ground or a test activity is preferred. Direct ATC LAN / LIN / STE / T&EN experience is a plus.
