Quotes Willowbrook is seeking a reliable and experienced full-time Kitchen Manager to join our team in Houston, TX.

• 5+ years of experience working in a professional kitchen
• 2+ years of experience in a leadership position

Responsibilities Include:

As Kitchen Manager, you will oversee your team as they prepare and plate dishes, ensuring that each item leaving the kitchen meets our standards for quality and presentation. You will assist your cooks in setting up the lines and provide constructive feedback to support their development. A primary responsibility will be maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment, making certain that workstations and equipment are cleaned regularly. At the conclusion of each shift, you will manage kitchen closing procedures and prepare for the next day's operations.

This full-time position offers an annual salary of $55,000 - $60,000 and a comprehensive benefits package, including:

The Kitchen Manager position is full-time, scheduled during our operating hours: Sunday through Wednesday from 11:00 AM to 12:00 AM, and Thursday through Saturday from 11:00 AM to 2:00 AM. Shifts are assigned to align with the restaurant's needs and ensure effective kitchen oversight.
