  • Someone who stays calm during busy planting and harvest seasons.
  • A curious, coachable person who wants to learn the whole dealership.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Three or more years of work experience, including customer-facing responsibilities.
  • Parts counter or parts lead experience at an ag, auto, or equipment dealer strongly preferred.
  • Experience leading, training, or helping others succeed, formally or informally.
  • Comfortable using computers and learning inventory and business systems.
  • Familiarity with agricultural equipment and John Deere products is a plus.
  • Forklift or material-handling experience is helpful.
  • Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 75 pounds.

This position works across office, parts counter, warehouse, shop, and outdoor areas. Occasional early mornings, evenings, Saturdays, or extended hours may be needed.

The role offers broad dealership experience and a path toward future location leadership as skills and business needs align.
