Automotive Service Advisor

Bill Marine Auto Center is a family-owned, multi-line dealership that is in need of a service advisor/writer for the Honda location.

No Saturdays!!! Hours 7:30-5:00

No high-pressure selling.

Qualified applicants will be responsible for meeting and/or scheduling customers and addressing their requirements, and for providing quotes for the repair and/or servicing of their vehicle issues. Working as part of a team alongside the service manager, advisor(s), and numerous certified technicians in a well-equipped service area, this position must emphasize outstanding customer service while selling proper products, recommended services, benefits, and product features.

An ideal candidate must have:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Organized

- Customer oriented

-Ability to learn new computer systems

- Must have strong sales and CSI skills

- Prior dealership service experience is a plus, but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Starting at $50,000 or based on experience.
