That person is someone that lives nearby, has a good sense of humor (very important), strong work ethic, and is licensed in P&C or willing to get licensed quickly. That person must be able to work independently and as a team player. This office is home away from home for us here !
Hours could be Part Time, Full Time, or somewhere in between.
